Linda Udy
Sr. Recruiter/President
Linda is a Senior Recruiter with over 18 years' of experience as a Recruiter. She started in the industry as a recruiter in staffing at an entry level and has worked her way through the ranks. She established Lothian Group, Inc. in 2000 and later added RestorationHR, Disasterstaff, RestorationHR Consulting and RestorationHR Job Board. She has stayed in touch with both the Restoration and Recruiting industry by remaining involved in all aspects of the industry throughout her career. She has made it her mission to offer quality services to all her clients which allows them to concentrate on their business goals. Linda attended University of Central Florida and holds a BS in Legal Studies.

Debbie Lee
Sr. Recruiter
Debbie is a Human Resources Consultant with over 25 years' of experience as a practitioner. She started in the human resources area at an entry level and has worked her way through the ranks. By remaining “hands-on” throughout her career, she has attained the ability to serve as a viable Business Partner to any organization. Now as a recruiter Debbie is still able to communicate with people from day to day, which is what she loves doing. Debbie attended Middle Tennessee State University and holds certification in human resources through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)

John Lewis
Sr. Recruiter
John comes to Restoration HR from a recruiting background in
Accounting/Finance with The Lucas Group. A former CPA and Attorney,
he spent many years in Corporate America as CEO/CFO/COO of companies in the
Hospitality, Technology and Service Industries. He has extensive
experience with franchised organizations (as both franchisor and franchisee)
and in building and growing businesses.
John has the benefit having run businesses and 'having to make the payroll'. He understands the
challenges that our clients face in selecting the best employees to help their enterprises grow and flourish. He lives in
Alpharetta with his wife, Sylvia, and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
